These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of RankCollections (the “Service”), operated by [LEGAL ENTITY NAME] (“we”, “us”). By installing the Shopify app or using this website you agree to be bound by these Terms.

Eligibility

You must operate a lawful Shopify store and be authorized to bind that store to these Terms.

Subscription & billing

The Service is billed through Shopify’s billing API under the plan you select. Charges are recurring monthly in the currency shown at checkout and continue until cancelled. You may cancel at any time by uninstalling the app; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.

Acceptable use

• Do not attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or resell the Service.
• Do not use the Service to send unsolicited communications.
• Do not probe, scan, or otherwise stress the Service infrastructure.
• Do not submit content that violates intellectual-property rights or is unlawful.

Intellectual property

We retain all rights in the Service, including its code, copy, designs, and trademarks. You retain all rights in your store data. By using the Service you grant us a limited license to process your store data solely to operate and improve the Service as described in our Privacy Policy.

Service availability

We target 99.5% monthly uptime but do not guarantee uninterrupted availability. Planned maintenance will be announced where practical. Scheduled or emergency maintenance may briefly interrupt access.

Disclaimers & liability

The Service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind, express or implied. To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, our aggregate liability for any claim arising out of these Terms or the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the twelve months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION], without regard to its conflict-of-law rules. Disputes shall be resolved in [ARBITRATION VENUE].

Changes

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be communicated via email or in-app notice at least 14 days before taking effect.
