Why can't you scan my store?

Accepted Answer

Some stores disable public JSON endpoints or use password protection. Headless storefronts (like Hydrogen) may also not expose the standard Shopify JSON feeds.

How is the health score calculated?

Accepted Answer

The score (0–100) is a weighted combination of: out-of-stock product ratio (40%), percentage of affected collections (30%), and severity by raw out-of-stock count (30%).

How is revenue at risk calculated?

Accepted Answer

It's an estimate based on the number of out-of-stock products, an assumed average price of $50, a 2% conversion rate, and 500 monthly visitors per collection. Your actual impact may be higher or lower.
